Screen, Inc. Testing ResearchOur self-administered fully-automated tests are undergoing longitudinal evaluation for their validity as predictive screening instruments. Reports are currently available, generated by live research psychologists, on the basis of concurrent validation with respect to their ability to match independent, full neuropsychological evaluations and other traditional psychometric tests. The sensitivity and specificity of the tests are based upon comparisons with the highest criterion standard of full independent neuropsycholgoical evaluations discriminating Mild Cognitive Impairment, not established or probable Alzheimer's Disease, from normal functioning. We are expanding our research to include studies in which imaging and/or autopy results serve as criteria standards, along with full neuropsychological evaluations. Researchers who use our tests in that context may negotiate exceptions to the usual fee arrangements, particularly if individual clinical reports are not necessary.
